The Network Operations Centre (NOC) is  located at our teleport in Santander. Formed by a team of multilingual engineers working 24/7/365, the support team monitors the performance of the network in real-time, performs preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, and provides assistance for any issue that may arise.

ERZIA’s own iDirect HUB is also located at the Santander Teleport, enabling direct and absolute control to monitor and adapt the network at anytime, no third parties involved. Customers benefit from this proactive approach and know that they are backed by ERZIA’s unparalleled reliability.
